Begoña López Ferrer
CEO
Begoña López is an economist and MBA graduate with more than 20 years of experience in the business sector, and 8 years in the public sector.
In 2004 she entered the industrialised construction area and has since led and developed important industrialised production centres such as Modultec and The Prototipo Company.
With more than 200 industrialised construction projects to her name, she is one of the leading experts in this field in Spain. Works include the Real Madrid residences in Valdebebas, hospitals, residences, hotels, schools, high-rise and single-family homes, restaurants (McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks), industrial buildings and compatible components like bathrooms, structures and facades, among others.
She has participated in important research projects like the CETICA Industrialisation Project for Construction, financed by the CDTI with € 24.3M. She has been and continues working as an advisor on industrialisation for public administrations in several Autonomous Communities, and as a speaker both at university courses and at important conferences and discussion tables around the country.
José Luis Suárez Sierra

José Luis holds a doctorate in Industrial Engineering, is an associate professor at the Department of Construction and Manufacturing Engineering of the University of Oviedo, and manager of the technology consulting company Táctica Industrial.
As a vocational entrepreneur, he has more than 20 years of experience in the development and transfer of technology to the market.
Since 2004 he has participated in and directed important industrialisation processes and developments, having participated in various research projects in the industrialised construction sector such as CETICA, and the development of relevant patents and utility models.
He is a founding member of the Innovation Cluster of the Principality of Asturias and is responsible for numerous product developments and industrial production lines directly related to industrialised construction.
José Manuel Pisa
Director of Industrialized Architecture
José Manuel is an Architect from the Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid, specialised in construction.
He was the manager of Ceyd Tecnica, a civil engineering company that has carried out more than 200 projects, as well as the founding architect and director of Arquitectonia, a company that has developed more than 350 building projects and 30 urban planning designs.
In this period he has received ten architecture awards and his works have been published in various specialist magazines.
Since 2012 he has concentrated his efforts on industrialised construction architecture, with involvement in 32 industrialised buildings in Spain, Africa and the United Kingdom.
